All wigs, bundles & closures/frontals are made-to-order to ensure the highest level of quality & consistency. Pre-orders close on 10th August, after which production begins. Processing starts immediately once the pre-order window has closed.
Wigs orders will be shipped within 15-20 business days. Bundles & closures/frontals orders will be shipped within 10-15 business days after the pre-order window closes. Due to the custom-made nature of each bundle, all sales are final once the pre-order window has closed. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted.
