What makes IT LACE hair premium?

IT LACE specializes in premium single donor raw hair, carefully selected for its quality and longevity. Our hair is ethically sourced from Vietnam and remains completely unprocessed, meaning the cuticles are intact and aligned in the same direction for a smoother, more natural finish.

Unlike processed hair, our raw hair maintains its natural strength, movement, and can be bleached up to a 613 blonde while maintaining its luxurious feel when properly cared for.

Every strand is selected to provide a premium experience that looks and feels as close to natural hair as possible.

How does the pre-order process work?

- Select your preferred wig length, lace option, and wig size.

- Place your order during the pre-order window, i.e. before the 10th August

- Once the pre-order window closes, production begins and your wig is carefully constructed and customized.

- Your finished IT LACE wig or bundles are shipped directly to you.

When will my order ship?

Once the pre-order window closes on 10th August, production will begin. Your order will be shipped within 15-20 business days after the pre-order window closes.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How long does our hair last?

With proper care and maintenance, IT LACE raw hair are designed to last for 5+ years while maintaining their sleek, luxurious appearance.

Are our wigs fully customized?

Yes. Every IT LACE wig is fully customized to create a seamless, luxury finish. Before shipping, each wig is carefully prepared with bleached knots, a customized plucked hairline and an adjustable features for a more secure and comfortable fit.

How do I get my accurate wig measurements?

To ensure the best possible fit, please measure your head accurately using a flexible measuring tape in inches and follow the measurement guide provided below.

Can I add more density to my wig?

Yes. Additional density can be added to your wig for a fuller look. If you would like extra bundles added to your order, please email itlacewigs@gmail.com when placing your order to confirm your customization request and update your order accordingly. Please be aware additional bundles will affect the final price.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. Any order changes or cancellation requests must be made within the active pre-order window. Once the pre-order window closes, production begins and no further changes or cancellations can be made.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order wigs, returns cannot be accepted once the pre-order window has closed. Each wig is customized specifically for the customer, making it a final sale item after production begins.
