How the Pre-Order System Works

Our wigs & bundles are offered on a pre-order basis. This means your item is sourced and prepared after the pre-order window closes.

Launch Information

Pre-orders open: 7th August at 6PM GMT

VIP Early Access: Customers subscribed to our email list receive exclusive access 2 hours before the public launch

Launch Offer: The first 3 Wig orders will receive an exclusive offer. Please see the Launch Offer T&Cs for more details

Pre-order closing date: 10th August, unless all available 5 wig slots sell out sooner

Limited Wig Drop

To ensure timely fulfillment & quality, this launch is limited to 5 wig pre-order slots only

Once all 5 wig slots have been filled:

Wig pre-orders will close immediately, even if it occurs before 10th August

Additional wig orders will not be fulfilled after that

*Please note that hair bundles are not subject to this limit and may continue to be available till the 10th August

Production begins immediately after the pre-order window closes

All orders are expected to ship within approx. 10-20 business days after the pre-order window closes
