Shipping policy

Free shipping is offered on all orders.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping transit times vary depending on the destination and courier service selected and are separate from the processing time. Please see the Pre-Order policy for processing time information.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may be charged by their local authorities. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an enquiry with the courier where possible.
