Refund policy

Because pre-order items are purchased and produced specifically for each customer, requests to return, amend or cancel an order may not be possible once the pre-order period has ended or production has commenced.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Any approved cancellation will be at our sole discretion.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
